Who we are
European Legal Observer (EULO) is a non-governmental and impartial organization established in Denmark in 2023. Founded by a Master of Laws, EULO has deep ties to the legal community. While many legal observers typically possess law degrees, our organization is open to members from various walks of life. We believe everyone has the right and the vested interest to advocate for human rights.
Our mission is to safeguard the fundamental human and civil rights of all citizens. To make this vision a reality, we collaborate with individuals from diverse societal sectors, welcoming them as volunteers, supporters, and experts, among other roles.
Nota Bene: The privacy of all our contacts is of utmost importance to us. Rest assured, EULO will neither publicize nor share any personal information of our members, unless required by law or granted explicit permission by the individual involved.
Our purpose
Serving as legal observers can encompass a range of activities. At its most activist, the role of a legal observer shines during demonstrations, rallies, and similar events. On the other end of the spectrum, we provide invaluable information to the public, be it through leaflets, reports, or other mediums. Moreover, we allow the public to invite us to act as legal observers for various events, ensuring transparency and adherence to the law.
We act as vigilant eyes and ears whenever an individual or a group interacts with state authorities, safeguarding their rights and helping ensure fair treatment.
Our core mission is to champion Human Rights and uphold individual rights as defined by national laws.
We've established a "Code of Conduct for Legal Observers" that we expect all associated with our organization to adhere to. Indeed, any use of our name, brand, or signature is strictly contingent upon full respect and compliance with our CoC.
Informing the Public: Our Commitment to Human and Civil Rights Education
At the European Legal Observer, we believe that knowledge is empowerment. One of our primary objectives is to ensure that the general public is well-informed about their fundamental human and civil rights. To achieve this, we have embarked on an initiative to distribute leaflets to the masses. These leaflets have been meticulously designed to present essential rights in a clear, concise, and accessible manner. By providing this information, we hope to foster a society where individuals are not only aware of their rights but are also confident in asserting and protecting them. As we distribute these leaflets in various locations across Denmark, our aim is to bridge the knowledge gap and encourage a community that values, respects, and upholds the rights of all its members. Join us in this mission and help spread the word about the inherent rights every individual possesses.
Latest campaign: Know Your Human and Civil Rights!

Through concise and engaging content, our initiative seeks to give everyone a foundational understanding of their rights.
